Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, Chaussons amovibles (removable slippers) and Chaussons Fourrés (fur-lined slippers) from our footwear collection cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit card payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days for the refund to process

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship the requested replacement item. If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Defective or Incorrect Items
