Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over €50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sorel footwear purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
Important Exception: Due to hygiene reasons, Chaussons amovibles (removable slippers) and Chaussons Fourrés (fur-lined slippers) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status:

  • Credit card payments: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, follow the standard return process. After we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Defective or Incorrect Items
